The tasks that have to be managed by command control centers have been continually expanded in recent years. Control center staff has to cope with a higher workload and a great diversity of different work processes. The total integration of all communication issues utilizing voice over IP solutions is the next step to alleviate these tasks. This presentation focuses on current developments in VoIP communication solutions for command and control centers from an integrators point of view.
