Dan O'Neill is Founder, President and CEO of Applied Risk Management, LLC. ARM provides global risk management and security engineering services. Mr. O'Neill is co-author of the books "The Hanbook for Campus Threat Assessment", and "Security Design for Sustainable Buildings". He is a former U.S. Army Ranger, and a graduate of Harvard Business School.

The presentation will focus on the lack of integration of security in green building initiatives, and how security stakeholders can ensure that sustainability is not achieved at the expense of security. Rather, we will offer some simple practical solutions and experience in achieving the goals of both security and sustainability without sacrificing either.
