This session will examine and clear up the processes involved in taking a security project from the funding process through to the close out documents. Topics will include the RFP process, pre bid meetings, RFI's bonding, selection processes, managing the installation, as well as check out and finalization of the project through extended warranties and service contracts. Owners and contractors alike can benefit from this light hearted look at what really happens in the security contracting process.
